WIZARD Phone Systems
This section of our technical library presents information and documentation relating to the WIZARD and PACER Phone systems.
The PACER digital phone system supports T1 lines while the Wizard phone systems support analog phone lines. Both are PC based call center phone systems that are recognized as premier inbound and outbound computer telephony systems. Features such as automatic call distribution (ACD), Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Voice Broadcasting have added a new dimension to the predictive dialer and auto dialer capabilities of these systems. These computer based dialing systems can perform various types of auto dialing campaigns simultaneously. These types include Predictive Dialing, Progressive Dialing, Preview Dialing and Dial on Demand.

CONFIGURATION MENU > Station Configuration
Music On Hold Configuration
If the WIZARD phone system requires music on hold when the IVR program is waiting to connect the caller
to another number (or while performing other functions that may take time to complete), a station card is required.
This card must be configured for Music On Hold (currently the minimum station card has 8 slots available). You can define which of the 8 lines
is to be used for Music On Hold.
In the above example, the 8th line (108) is defined for Music On Hold and is connected to your audio device
for this purpose. The audio device can be a CD player, radio, or a recorder with a custom message.
The other options listed in this dialog box are for configuring call agents and supervisors that are connected to the WIZARD phone system. They are not
required for stand-alone WIZARD IVR and Voice Broadcasting operations.
