IVR Interactive Voice Response

Business phone systems and toll free answering systems (generally 800 numbers and their equivalent) are very popular for service and sales organizations, allowing customers and prospects to call your organization anywhere in the country.
Our PACER and Wizard IVR systems add another dimension to our call center phone system solutions. An Interactive Voice Response (IVR) processes inbound phone calls, plays recorded messages including information extracted from databases and the internet, and potentially routes calls to either in-house service agents or transfers the caller to an outside extension.

These determine how to read the rest of the structure.
IRS_RT_PONG If a client pings DscIRS with IRSPing(),
then it will respond with this message.
IrsApiResponse.error will contain IRSAPI_SUCCESS, and no
further evaluation is necessary.
IRS_RT_VERSION This is always an error indicating a
version mismatch (IrsApiResponse.error will contain IRSAPI_ERROR),
and casting IrsApiResponse.value
to structure type IrsApiVersionResponse will reveal the version
numbers of the server and client.
IRS_RT_ACCOUNTDATA The client has requested
Accounts file information, and if IrsApiResponse.error is IRSAPI_SUCCESS,
then a cast to IrsApiAccountDataResponse will permit access to the
returned information.
IRS_RT_LOGDATA The client has requested IVR log
file information, and if IrsApiResponse.error is IRSAPI_SUCCESS,
then a cast to IrsApiLogDataResponse will permit access to the returned
information.
IRS_RT_INVALID DscIRS has responded with an
unsupported message. This should not
occur.
