Music On Hold

When an inbound call is answered or if a predictive call is made, and there is no agent found to deliver the call to, music can be played while the call is on hold.

This is accomplished by specifying the Phone extension that has the music system attached to it. Generally the extension specified is the last valid extension. Once the extension is entered and ok is selected the change is made and it is immediately ready.
