Outbound Marketing - Predictive Dialing And Voice Broadcasting
DSC offers two families of marketing phone systems. The PACER phone series supports digital T1 phone lines and the WIZARD phone system supports analog phone lines. These systems are both outbound marketing dialers and marketing phone systems that handle inbound marketing calls for a wide range of contact centers.
Calls are either initiated by the phone system or accepted from the outside and distributed in an intelligent fashion to your marketing representatives.
The PACER and WIZARD include ACD and IVR components, plus call recording capability.
