KB Home utilizes voice broadcasting services for qualifying home buyer leads
PHOENIX, October 1, 2003 – Database Systems Corp. is pleased to announce today that it has entered into master agreement with KB Homes
to provide voice broadcasting services to KB Home prospective home buyers. KB Homes is a nationally known home builder that collects home buyer leads through
its marketing and sales efforts. Using professionally developed recordings, prospects are called and interested prospective home buyers can speak with KB representatives after
hearing this pre-recorded message. During the initial phase of this agreement, calls were made to selected areas in the country and KB Homes was very excited about the successes obtained through
this innovative marketing technique. In fact, 2 new homes were sold during the very initial call campaigns. KB now will implement this program throughout all of its offices.
