Database Systems Corp. is awarded contract to provide IVR services to the State of New Jersey.
Department of Community Affairs Fulfills Freedom Of Information Act Requirement.
PHOENIX, July 1, 2002 – Database Systems Corp. is pleased to announce today that it has been awarded a contract from the
State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. Services include the design and implementation of an IVR application
to accept and process 800 number phone calls from individuals and groups requiring information that is maintained by the state.
This disclosure is outlined in the state's Freedom Of Information Act (FOIC). Callers can select from menus outlining the type
of information they require and record a name and address where this information is to be provided. Database uses its IVR and
Voice Broadcasting call center, located in Phoenix Arizona, to accept these calls. Information is collected by Database and emailed to
the state for subsequent follow-up and fulfillment.
