Volunteer organizations and community service groups can benefit from technology provided by Database Systems Corp. Our automatic phone answering service can provide useful information to callers either requesting information about community projects and services or wishing to volunteer their goods or services to your community group.
Our 800 phone service can be used to provide useful information to callers including dates and times for volunteer projects, needed goods and supplies, and the skills and jobs required of volunteers. Callers can literally volunteer by pressing touch phone responses indicating their participation. Counseling can also be scheduled using our phone system.
Outbound call campaigns can be launched announcing a community project and requesting either donations or volunteers to help in the program. Pre-recorded messages can be played to call recipients or answering machines. If the prospective volunteer needs to talk with a member of your community organization, the message can be programmed to allow a "Press 1...." option and the call will be transferred to one or more designated phone numbers.
Calls can also be automatically placed to remind volunteers of the dates and times of the project. Here are a few examples of how our automated phone system can benefit your community service organization.
